Milan Chuckovich is a graduate of California Polytecnic State University San Luis Obispo in Photojournalism and has been a professional photographer in the Northwest since 1978.
Milan has over 25 years experience as a newspaper photojournalist. His work has been recognized by the Associated Press, the National Association of Newspaper Photographers, the Society of Professional Journalists Sigma Delta Chi, the Idaho Press Club, and the Gannett Newspaper Organization.
In 2004 Milan left newspaper photography to pursue a freelance career. Having the freedom of a freelance career has given him the chance to put his skills to work in the corporate world as well as the opportunity to capture the beauty of nature and the outdoors. Milan's work has appeared in books, magazines, annual reports, calendars and advertisements.
